[PRQ#77580] Deletion Request for gog-stardew-valley-smapi

Timur1324 [1] filed a deletion request for gog-stardew-valley-smapi [2]: Reasons for deletion 1) I created another package (smapi-for-stardew-valley), which will be able to fully replace the old one (gog-stardew-valley-smapi). 2) I created the new package because I don't like the previous name very much and I wanted to change it. 3) I also wanted to change the main dependency of the package to my own package.
