[PRQ#44008] Deletion Request for gamera-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gamera-git [2]: Unneeded Python2 based orphan VCS package from 2017. Upstream development has discontinued, and there is a separate successor repo, gamera-4, which carries the "reboot" of this framework based on Python3.
