MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for user-manager-git [2]: Standalone project discontinued in 2021: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/user-manager/-/blob/master/README.md Quote: "As of Plasma 5.19 and later, the KCM has been moved to the plasma- desktop repo and this repo is unmaintained." Therefore this package is not needed anymore. (It is now an outdated duplicate of a component in plasma-desktop package.)
