[aur-requests] [PRQ#6397] Merge Request for go-tool

MreDD [1] filed a request to merge go-tool [2] into go-tool-git [3]: can someone please merge this with https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/go-tool-git The developer has since moved to github.com and I've updated and renamed the pkgbuild to stay in the rules.
