[PRQ#37967] Orphan Request for omegat-beta

MarcRiera [1] filed an orphan request for omegat-beta [2]: The package maintainer has not updated the package 180 days after being flagged out of date. They haven't answered a comment with the required changes either. I am willing to maintain this package. I have contributed to the OmegaT project in the past and I am in the loop regarding updates and changes.
