[PRQ#47910] Deletion Request for sweeper-frameworks-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for sweeper-frameworks-git [2]: Broken, abandoned KDE app VCS package from 2020. Cannot be built anymore. Package name is obsolete: it was meant to indicate using the 'frameworks' (meaning: KDE Frameworks 5) branch, which no longer exists. Upstream uses Qt6 now, but this build is still on Qt5.
