[aur-requests] [PRQ#35749] Deletion Request for ros-indigo-ecl-config

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ros-indigo-ecl-config [2]: Defunct package from the 2014 release ('Indigo') of the ROS: 'Robot Operating System' Package last updated in 2018. Now it is broken because of missing Python 2 dependencies. ROS has much newer releases and supports Python 3.8+ so there is no need to keep these old packages in AUR.
