[PRQ#61475] Merge Request for eclipse-rcptt

Mailaender [1] filed a request to merge eclipse-rcptt [2] into eclipse-rcptt-bin [3]: To comply with the naming scheme of all the other https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Eclipse packages. We thought that Java packages are excluded from -bin suffix, but these ship a platform dependent runtime so that rule does not apply.
