[aur-requests] [PRQ#35896] Deletion Request for perl-bigip-icontrol

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-bigip-icontrol [2]: Project abandoned 7 years ago, in 2015. There are breaking issues with it. But nothing depends on this module here or on CPAN.
