MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for blender-plugin-blam [2]: Project deprecated in 2018. Its GitHub repo got archived (made read-only). According to developer: "No longer maintained. Check out fSpy instead" It is (was) a Blender plugin. The alternative recommended by author is available: https://github.com/stuffmatic/fSpy-Blender Therefore it is advisable to delete this deprecated package.
