[PRQ#49387] Orphan Request for linuxptp

2bluesc [1] filed an orphan request for linuxptp [2]: Package has been out of date for months, offered to help update it and asked to be a co-maintainer if that helped. No response after ~3 weeks though[0], I'd like to take over and push the updates needed.
