[PRQ#64225] Deletion Request for goffice08

FabioLolix [1] filed a deletion request for goffice08 [2]: Cleanup of cutter-test and its legacy depends. cutter-test is a recent pkgbuild but depends on old specific versions which install in the same place as current packages; breaking stuff it is now abandoned.
