[PRQ#57777] Merge Request for android-sdk

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge android-sdk [2] into android- sdk-cmdline-tools-latest [3]: android-sdk distribution is EOL and deprecated. Google replaced it with the new cmdline-tools.
