[PRQ#42192] Deletion Request for libtiff-minimal-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libtiff-minimal-git [2]: Unmaintained VCS package from 2020, alternative to the well-kept AUR/libtiff-git. Does not properly configure the build to make sure only the mandatory dependencies are used. And declares wrong optdepends. Package also behaves differently if built in clean chroot vs in a typical user system. I recommend deletion, there is no useful purpose of this package in this state.
