[PRQ#52946] Orphan Request for xfce4-docklike-plugin-ng-git

lectrode [1] filed an orphan request for xfce4-docklike-plugin-ng-git [2]: Hopefully this maintainer comes back (it has been 4 months since last login, with no response to comments or email), but if not I'd like to get the ball rolling on getting this package updated, as this is something I use. Currently this package does not function once compiled; a small change is needed to get it working again.
