[aur-requests] [PRQ#27133] Deletion Request for libringqt-git Rejected

Request #27133 has been rejected by alerque [1]: This appears to be used by the ring-kde package (probably because there isn't a matching stable version packaged) and that doesn't seem to have a jami replacement yet. Lets deal with that first so people have an upgrade path, *then* this will be eligible for cleanup. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/alerque/
