[PRQ#57382] Deletion Request for ruby-gollum-lib

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ruby-gollum-lib [2]: Abandoned package; useless to keep without the long-broken, now deleted AUR/gollum (PRQ#51100). Users can easily install the latest version of the pure-Ruby gollum application along with its deps via rubygems.
