[PRQ#68558] Merge Request for orchis-kde-theme-git

RinLin_NYA [1] filed a request to merge orchis-kde-theme-git [2] into plasma6-themes-orchis-kde-git [3]: This package has no updates although it doesn't need to update, but this package doesn't met the rule of naming about KDE Plasma related packages. So I hereby create this request to merge to my new packages that met the rules of naming.
