[PRQ#50101] Deletion Request for upcmd

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for upcmd [2]: No upstream release since Jan 2022. [a] And even that last one was only a preview tag. It doesn't make sense to keep this package. I've considered creating a -git PKGBUILD, but the project seems abandoned: master branch only has 2 newer commits, changing only comments.
