[PRQ#58849] Deletion Request for ffmpeg-nocuda

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ffmpeg-nocuda [2]: Continues to be broken, unbuildable, and repo's ffmpeg also does not build with cuda. Having this package adds absolutely zero benefit to users. Repo's build fully supports Intel, AMD and NVIDIA (but not CUDA), and for all of them it has optional, not mandatory dependencies. Also AUR has working Intel and AMD specific ffmpeg variants. As of now this package is also too new a version (7.0.0 already), so it wouldn't be compatible with today's Arch Linux, even if the build succeeded.
