[PRQ#41254] Deletion Request for llama-rs-git

Porous3247 [1] filed a deletion request for llama-rs-git [2]: Upstream repository went through a major refactor. Git url changed from https://github.com/setzer22/llama-rs.git to https://github.com/rustformers/llm.git and PKGBUILD needed major code updates. I created package llm-git that replaces this package.
