[PRQ#38967] Deletion Request for milton

tocic [1] filed a deletion request for milton [2]: The package is orphaned and fails to build without modifications from the master branch. I've pm'ed the upstream author and he said that he doesn't plan to update the release tags, so it's better to use the maintained https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/milton-git instead.
