[PRQ#45018] Orphan Request for one-click-bing-wallpaper-git

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for one-click-bing-wallpaper-git [2]: Important packaging change was requested on 2023-05-12. But both owners seem to be away from AUR since at least 2020.
