[PRQ#64111] Deletion Request for hyprpanel-git

cat_nm [1] filed a deletion request for hyprpanel-git [2]: When I created this package, there already was a package called hyprpanel. To remove ambiguity I created a new package called ags- hyprpanel-git. This package now needs to be removed because it has old name.
