[PRQ#65456] Deletion Request for python-chemlab-git

a821 [1] filed a deletion request for python-chemlab-git [2]: Upstream is unmaintained since 2017 [0] and fails to build. This was reported last year in the flag message, however the maintainer didn't react. The compilation error is likely due to an incompatibility between numpy and cython (at least with python3). Also, the PKGBUILD is wrong because split "build" functions are not a thing, so I'm surprised that this package ever worked. There are no votes, comments, nor reverse depends. Safe to delete.
