[PRQ#49485] Deletion Request for adapta-gtk-theme-wal

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for adapta-gtk-theme-wal [2]: Unused, abandoned package from 2018; minimally modded variant of repo's adapta-gtk-theme. (pkgdesc is a copy of that of repo package, so it doesn't clarify the purpose of this pkg. Inside the build function, it just hard-codes some colors).
