[PRQ#42724] Deletion Request for moosic

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for moosic [2]: Python 2 based CLI music player from 2011. Rudimentary support for just a few formats (MOD, MP3, WAV, MIDI, Vorbis, CD audio). Recommend deletion: there are currently maintained alternatives with much wider audio file format support than this.
