[aur-requests] [PRQ#13367] Merge Request for figtree

Rhinoceros [1] filed a request to merge figtree [2] into figtree-bin [3]: Upstream is now shipping source code. The previous versions of this package (figtree) were always the binary, but this should now be explicit since there is another option now. Hence, this package should be renamed figtree-bin.
