[aur-requests] [PRQ#36012] Deletion Request for python2-tvrage

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-tvrage [2]: This Python 2 module has been discontinued in 2012. It used tvrage.com's web API to query TV show info. That particular API is no longer available. Therefore this package is obsolete. But nothing on AUR depends on it. So I recommend to delete this package.
