[PRQ#50516] Merge Request for boost-note-bin

yochananmarqos [1] filed a request to merge boost-note-bin [2] into boostnote-bin [3]: I initially submitted a deletion request (PRQ#50431), but then the maintainer of boost-note-bin added me as a Co-Maintainer instead of adopting boostnote-bin.
