[aur-requests] [PRQ#33617] Deletion Request for lib32-cogl

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-cogl [2]: Orphaned package, last updated in 2019. Deprecated and retired library along with GNOME Clutter. [*1] It "has been in deep maintenance mode since 2016". [*1] Starting from GNOME 42 (released recently), Clutter and Cogl have been completely *removed* from the GNOME SDK runtime.
