[aur-requests] [PRQ#23982] Deletion Request for python2-django-rest-framework

fryfrog [1] filed a deletion request for python2-django-rest-framework [2]: Python 2 is dead. The only package that depends on this is python- jukebox, which was last updated in 2013.
