[aur-requests] [PRQ#27747] Merge Request for kafkacat

dharrigan [1] filed a request to merge kafkacat [2] into kcat-cli [3]: Hi, The software utility kafkacat has been renamed to kcat (due to naming licensing issus with the Apache Software Foundation - details here: https://github.com/edenhill/kcat/releases/tag/1.7.0). I've created a new package called `kcat-cli` that carries the project onwards (there's an already existing package called kcat which installs software for HAM radio users, so nothing to do with that).
