[aur-requests] [PRQ#21006] Merge Request for n64-git

valandil [1] filed a merge request for n64-git [2]: This is a bit of a mess, but I'd like to rename the pkgbase from n64-git to n64-tools-git. I decided to package n64-git, which is a simply a sysroot for a new gcc target, with mips64-ultra-elf-binutils, as it is the "root" package of the toolchain.
