[PRQ#43121] Deletion Request for python-codereef

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-codereef [2]: Defunct: A cross-platform Client with a Command Line Interface and a Python API for the open codereef.ai/portal. Website not found, domain parked since 2021. All evidence I was able to turn up point out that this was a 4-month research project from Dec 2019 until March 2020.
