[aur-requests] [PRQ#22035] Orphan Request for ionic-cli

hertog [1] filed an orphan request for ionic-cli [2]: I want to adopt this package, because it hasn't been updated since 2019-02-08, I flagged it out of date as of 2019-10-13 but I can't reach the current maintainer due to a missing email address to contact the maintainer.
