[aur-requests] [PRQ#2614] Merge Request for upower-nosystemd

TZ86 [1] filed a request to merge upower-nosystemd [2] into upower-pm-utils [3]: Seems to both upower-nosystemd and upower-pm-utils do the same job so I've agreed with the offer of upower-pm-utils maintainer to merge these packages.
