[PRQ#66661] Orphan Request for gnome-dictionary-git

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for gnome-dictionary-git [2]: Build is broken due to missing a makedepend (glib2-devel). Current owner Pellegrino Prevete (@tallero/@truocolo) has been permanently banned from AUR since Feb 2024 and his accounts were switched to inactive status in May 2024.
