[PRQ#52273] Deletion Request for gcc9-bin

FabioLolix [1] filed a deletion request for gcc9-bin [2]: Similarly to the 3 times deleted linux-bin by the same maintainer this use curl to retrieve source=() and sha256sums=(), the .SRCINFO is partial respect to standard pkgbuilds; only aarch64 .debs are listed since are not used source_aarch64=() and source_x86_64=(), official GCC binaries don't exist, should have been uploaded as gcc9-ubuntu- bin, there aren't votes or comments relevant to a merge [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/FabioLolix/ [2] https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/gcc9-bin/
