[PRQ#46724] Deletion Request for rsound-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for rsound-git [2]: This "simple PCM audio server and client" has not been developed since 2013. [a] I recommend deletion. There are currently maintained solutions for the same and similar purpose. Even PulseAudio and PipeWire support this use case, as well as GStreamer.
