[PRQ#65444] Deletion Request for pwndb

a821 [1] filed a deletion request for pwndb [2]: Package does not follow the guidelines (sudo in package, missing pkgver(), missing -git prefix), which was pointed out in 2021 (and I flagged this ~8 months ago). Also, it's not worth fixing it, because the onion domain [0] it connects to is down, meaning this program does not work.
