[PRQ#43003] Deletion Request for xfluxd

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for xfluxd [2]: xflux is a dead, closed-source binary from 2013, and doesn't work on systems since 2016 due to changes in Xorg server (and it never worked on Wayland). The f.lux project's own xflux-gui now supports Redshift instead of the deprecated xflux. It's time to retire this badly packaged systemd configuration for xflux.
