[PRQ#42373] Merge Request for xfluxd

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge xfluxd [2] into xfluxd-args [3]: 'xfluxd' is an orphaned systemd config package for xflux. Better to migrate its votes and comments to 'xfluxd-args', which provides the same, with some enhancement that provides customizability, and it has a maintainer.
