I'm the creator and maintainer of the "andrei-desktop" package. You flagged it for removal considering that it is a user's dot files package.

It is not just that. It has many scripts (bash), it is also a group package for installing all the necessary packages along with it for a complete desktop environment.

Once installed, it enables a complete desktop environment based on openbox, already pre-configured.
