[aur-requests] [PRQ#36596] Deletion Request for ngxtop-ce

TrialnError [1] filed a deletion request for ngxtop-ce [2]: There was an attempt at a fork to get ngxtop working again and this the PKGBUILD for it. But that attempt went silent in 2020 and it is only in a half working state.
