[PRQ#59295] Deletion Request for websocketpp-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for websocketpp-git [2]: Useless to keep this abandoned package. As upstream's master branch always contains the same release version as what Arch/extra/websocketpp gets built from. Has only 2 votes, and last comment apart from mine is from 4 years ago.
