[PRQ#66732] Deletion Request for uboot-radxa-zero-3

vially [1] filed a deletion request for uboot-radxa-zero-3 [2]: According to the recent discussion on the mailing list [0], `aarch64` only packages should not be submitted to AUR. I wasn't aware of that when I submitted this package, so I would like to request it's deletion.
