[PRQ#45419] Orphan Request for google-java-format

EvaristeGalois11 [1] filed an orphan request for google-java-format [2]: It has been flagged out-of-date for three months with the last update being more than a years old. The email of the maintainer is not reachable so I couldn't write to him directly. I can adopt the package after being orphaned to update it.
