[aur-requests] [PRQ#35302] Deletion Request for graphlab-create-license

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for graphlab-create-license [2]: Defunct package. This was only the license 'installer' for the Python 2 based graphlab-create app, discontinued in 2016. That latter package is already deleted. Therefore this one should be too. Safe to drop; no dependents.
