[aur-requests] [PRQ#13772] Merge Request for maptiler32bit

jose1711 [1] filed a request to merge maptiler32bit [2] into maptiler- oss [3]: similar story as with maptiler64bit -> maptiler conversion. this is (probably) the last snapshot of maptiler under bsd license. renaming it to maptiler-oss makes more sense then referring to it as 32bit.
